Is it Really more Dangerous for Women to Travel Abroad?
It’s a Dangerous World Out There
Choosing Where to Stay
Meeting
new people and sleeping in cheap hostels and/or hotels is part of the
fun; however your chances of getting robbed are higher than they would
be in; let’s say the penthouse suite of a five star hotel. Regardless,
no matter your budget or desired traveling experience, you should always
do a thorough background check on where you will be staying.
Partying with Strangers in Strange Lands
As
we’ve mentioned before, part of the fun of traveling is meeting and
having a good time with new people. But that doesn’t mean you should
ever let your guard down, especially if you are a woman. Never accept
drinks from strangers, much less rides back to the hotel or anywhere
else. Always be in control of what you put into your body and your
destinations.
